2025 Volunteer of the Year
The Central Ohio Organization of Public Purchasers is pleased to announce Janelle Collier as the recipient of the 2025 CO-OPP Volunteer of the Year award.
Janelle is the Contract & Purchasing Manager with the city of Piqua, Ohio. Janelle joined CO-OPP in 2008.
She has been a member of the Program Committee for nine years and the Chairperson for MIPM for six years. Janelle has been engaged in COOPP activities
with Speed Buy events, Reverse Trade Fairs, ICPC and was also a co-presenter at a general membership meeting.

2025 Procurement Manager of the Year
The Central Ohio Organization of Public Purchasers is pleased to announce Christina Harvey as the recipient of the 2025 CO-OPP Manager of the Year award.
Christina is the Senior Manager of Procurement at Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority, Cincinnati, Ohio. Christina joined CO-OPP in October 2023.
Christina stated “As a leader in procurement, I see impartiality as a core value that shapes how I guide my team and make decisions.”
Tara Walker, Senior Manager of Vendor Diversity and Inclusion Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority stated “Over the past two years, Christina has
achieved extraordinary results. Her outstanding negotiation skills have saved our organization thousands of dollars, showcasing her unwavering accountability
and dedication to fiscal responsibility.”
